You can find your order number on the Order Confirmation Page and in your Order Confirmation email that you received when you placed your order on Florist.com. When you order by phone, a customer service associate will give you your order number, and if you provide an email address you will also receive an email confirmation with your order number. It is a good idea to save a copy of your Order Confirmation page or your Order Confirmation email, or write down the number for future reference.
